How much did it cost to buy a home in Woodland CA last week?

The median price per square foot for a home in Woodland decreased in the past week to $285, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $39 less than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Woodland was $299.

The most expensive community in Yolo County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $463.

Outside of Woodland, the best deal can be found in West Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $308.

In the past week, a 1,330-square-foot home on West Street in Woodland sold for $380,000.
