The Delta-area home sales: Real estate prices in The Delta the week of Oct. 8

The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta increased in the past week to $324, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $8 less than the Solano County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in The Delta was $291.

The most expensive community in Solano County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $463.

Outside of The Delta, the best deal can be found in the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $337.

In the past week, a 1,172-square-foot home on Saddle Rock Lane in The Delta sold for $380,000.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Oct. 9.
