The median price per square foot for a home in Granite Bay decreased in the past week to $406. That’s $43 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Granite Bay was $456.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $855.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $288.

In the past week, a 4,464-square-foot home on Shelborne Drive in Granite Bay sold for $1,815,000.
