The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe decreased in the past week to $457. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $464.
In the past week, a 1,856-square-foot home on Tallac Avenue in South Lake Tahoe sold for $850,000.
