Davis-area home sales: Real estate prices in Davis the week of Oct. 8

The median price per square foot for a home in Davis increased in the past week to $463, which is the highest in the county. That’s $139 more than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Davis was $404.

After Davis, the most expensive community in Yolo County is the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $337.

The best deal can be found in Woodland, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $285.

In the past week, a 2,090-square-foot home on Pinnacles Place in Davis sold for $968,000.
