Tahoe West Shore-area home sales: Real estate prices in Tahoe West Shore the week of Oct. 8

The median price per square foot for a home in Tahoe West Shore decreased in the past week to $665. That’s $302 more than the Placer County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Tahoe West Shore was $703.

The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $855.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $288.

In the past week, a 1,728-square-foot home on West Lake Boulevard in Tahoe West Shore sold for $1,150,000.
