Galt-area home sales: Real estate prices in Galt the week of Oct. 15

The median price per square foot for a home in Galt increased in the past week to $360. That’s $33 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Galt was $287.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $459.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $272.

In the past week, a 1,304-square-foot home on Victorian Park Drive in Galt sold for $470,000.
