The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe decreased in the past week to $446. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $457.
In the past week, a 6,159-square-foot home on Wildwood Avenue in South Lake Tahoe sold for $2,750,000.
