The most expensive community in Nevada County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $626.

The best deal can be found in Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $266.

In the past week, a 1,742-square-foot home on Lakeshore in Auburn sold for $525,000.
