El Dorado County foothills-area home sales: Real estate prices in El Dorado County foothills the week of Oct. 15

The median price per square foot for a home in El Dorado County foothills increased in the past week to $275, which is the lowest in the county. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in El Dorado County foothills was $268.

The most expensive community in El Dorado County is Tahoe West Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $840.

Outside of El Dorado County foothills, the best deal can be found in Placerville, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $278.

In the past week, a 3,264-square-foot home on Foxmore Lane in Rescue sold for $899,000.
