The median price per square foot for a home in South Sacramento increased in the past week to $325. That’s $11 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Sacramento was $288.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $440.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $259.

In the past week, a 1,688-square-foot home on Richlands Way in South Sacramento sold for $550,000.
