The Delta-area home sales: Real estate prices in The Delta the week of Oct. 22

The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta in the past two weeks was $259, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $26 less than the Solano County median.

The most expensive community in Solano County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past two weeks was $459.

Outside of The Delta, the best deal can be found in the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $325.

In the past two weeks, a 2,567-square-foot home on Riverwood Lane in The Delta sold for $665,000.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Oct. 23.
