The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta decreased in October to $277, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $43 less than the Solano County median. In September, the median price per square foot of a home sold in The Delta was $301.

The most expensive community in Solano County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in October was $463.

Outside of The Delta, the best deal can be found in the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $329.

In October, a 1,800-square-foot home on North Sixth Street in The Delta sold for $500,000.
