Folsom-area home sales: Real estate prices in Folsom the week of Oct. 22

The median price per square foot for a home in Folsom increased in the past week to $391. That’s $77 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Folsom was $374.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $440.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $259.

In the past week, a 1,824-square-foot home on Big Valley Road in Folsom sold for $715,000.
