North Sacramento-area home sales: Real estate prices in North Sacramento the week of Oct. 22

The median price per square foot for a home in North Sacramento decreased in the past week to $295. That’s $19 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in North Sacramento was $331.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $440.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $259.

In the past week, a 1,642-square-foot home on Woodland Oaks Way in North Sacramento sold for $485,000.
