The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe decreased in the past week to $426. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $446.
In the past week, a 1,760-square-foot home on Lakeview Avenue in South Lake Tahoe sold for $750,000.
