Davis-area home sales: Real estate prices in Davis the week of Oct. 22

The median price per square foot for a home in Davis increased in the past week to $459, which is the highest in the county. That’s $63 more than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Davis was $449.

After Davis, the most expensive community in Yolo County is the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $324.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $259.

In the past week, a 3,134-square-foot home on Mariposa Circle in Davis sold for $1,440,000.
