How much did it cost to buy a home in downtown and midtown Sacramento last week?

The median price per square foot for a home in Downtown and Midtown increased in the past week to $586, which is the highest in the county. That’s $264 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Downtown and Midtown was $440.

After Downtown and Midtown, the most expensive community in Sacramento County is Folsom, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $406.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $265.

In the past week, a 942-square-foot home on L Street in Downtown and Midtown sold for $552,500.
