Arden Arcade-area home sales: Real estate prices in Arden Arcade the week of Oct. 29

The median price per square foot for a home in Arden Arcade increased in the past week to $339. That’s $17 more than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Arden Arcade was $295.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $586.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $265.

In the past week, a 4,047-square-foot home on Arroyo Grande Drive in Arden Arcade sold for $1,375,000.
