The median price per square foot for a home in Citrus Heights increased in the past week to $322. That’s the same price as the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Citrus Heights was $269.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is Downtown and Midtown, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $586.

The best deal can be found in The Delta, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $265.

In the past week, a 1,428-square-foot home on Woodbriar Way in Citrus Heights sold for $460,000.
