El Dorado Hills-area home sales: Real estate prices in El Dorado Hills the week of Oct. 29

The median price per square foot for a home in El Dorado Hills increased in the past week to $389. That’s $18 more than the El Dorado County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in El Dorado Hills was $335.

The most expensive community in El Dorado County is South Lake Tahoe, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $494.

The best deal can be found in Placerville, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $210.

In the past week, a 1,949-square-foot home on Crest Mar Circle in El Dorado Hills sold for $760,000.
