The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe increased in the past week to $494. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $426.
In the past week, a 840-square-foot home on Pinter Avenue in South Lake Tahoe sold for $415,000.
