The most expensive community in Placer County is Tahoe North Shore, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $717.

Outside of Roseville, the best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $309.

In the past week, a 3,127-square-foot home on Cantle Court in Roseville sold for $900,000.
