The Delta-area home sales: Real estate prices in The Delta the week of Nov. 5

The median price per square foot for a home in The Delta increased in the past week to $319, which is the lowest in the county. That’s $81 less than the Solano County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in The Delta was $265.

The most expensive community in Solano County is Davis, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $526.

Outside of The Delta, the best deal can be found in the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $323.

In the past week, a 1,154-square-foot home on Willow Brook Way in The Delta sold for $369,000.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Nov. 6.
