Galt-area home sales: Real estate prices in Galt the week of Nov. 5

The median price per square foot for a home in Galt decreased in the past week to $280. That’s $32 less than the Sacramento County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Galt was $285.

The most expensive community in Sacramento County is East Sacramento, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $532.

The best deal can be found in North Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $276.

In the past week, a 2,381-square-foot home on I Street in Galt sold for $667,000.
