Placer County foothills-area home sales: Real estate prices in Placer County foothills the week of Nov. 5

The median price per square foot for a home in Placer County foothills decreased in the past week to $314, which is the lowest in the county. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Placer County foothills was $333.

The most expensive community in Nevada County is Truckee, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $555.

Outside of Placer County foothills, the best deal can be found in the Sacramento Area, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $323.

In the past week, a 2,223-square-foot home on Ash Court in Auburn sold for $699,000.
