The median price per square foot for a home in South Lake Tahoe decreased in the past week to $471. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in South Lake Tahoe was $494.
In the past week, a 1,008-square-foot home on James Avenue in South Lake Tahoe sold for $475,000.
