Truckee-area home sales: Real estate prices in Truckee the week of Nov. 5

The median price per square foot for a home in Truckee increased in the past week to $555, which is the highest in the county. That’s $147 more than the Nevada County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Truckee was $554.

After Truckee, the most expensive community in Nevada County is Grass Valley/Nevada City, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $330.

The best deal can be found in Placer County foothills, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $314.

In the past week, a 1,844-square-foot home on Davos Drive in Truckee sold for $1,025,000.

The figures in this text are based on sales registered during the week of Nov. 6.
