Davis-area home sales: Real estate prices in Davis the week of Nov. 5

The median price per square foot for a home in Davis increased in the past week to $526, which is the highest in the county. That’s $170 more than the Yolo County median. Prior to this, the median price per square foot of a home sold in Davis was $489.

After Davis, the most expensive community in Yolo County is Woodland, where the median price per square foot in the past week was $338.

The best deal can be found in West Sacramento, where the median price per square foot of a home sold is $313.

In the past week, a 1,775-square-foot home on Arroyo Court in Davis sold for $935,000.
