See spectacular Northern California golf course with Mount Shasta views. Yours for $3.8M

A pristine Northern California golf resort with gorgeous Mount Shasta views is for sale for $3.8 million.

If you take a swing at buying the Lake Shastina Golf Resort in Siskiyou County, California, the property consists of an 18-hole, par 72 championship course designed by Robert Trent Jones, a 9-hole Scottish links-style course, an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with pro shop and restaurant, 6,600-square-foot cart barn, 15 condominiums and more on 270 acres.

The turnkey golf resort has more than 220 active members. It recently purchased 85 Yamaha golf carts.

“The masterpiece has all the challenging golf and scenic beauty one could imagine, with majestic Mount Shasta in its background, scenic ponds, and home to a plethora of wildlife,” the listing by California Outdoor Properties says. “The firm and fast greens have long been touted as some of the finest in Northern California while the tee boxes offer some of the finest golf vistas you will find anywhere. The wide but challenging fairways are equally well kept by the seasoned golf course staff.”

Lake Shastina Golf Resort, off Highway 5 near Weed, is one hour north of Redding and four hours north of Sacramento, California.

“Right now, we’re looking for somebody to take our place,” Bill Duchi, the resort’s owner, said in a promotional video. “We owned the place for 25 years, and enjoyed every minute of it. I put it up for sale because I’m just looking to play golf instead of manage golf.”

Brian White and Doren Morgan of California Outdoor Properties are the listing agents.
