Take look at Steph Curry’s former penthouse with San Francisco Bay views, listed for $1.7M
The former Northern California home of Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry and his wife, television cooking personality Ayesha Curry — featuring panoramic views of the San Francisco city skyline, the Bay Bridge and Golden Gate Bridge — is for sale for $1.69 million.
The Currys bought the Oakland bayfront penthouse in The Ellington condominium complex for $1.475 million in 2012, according to public records, the year after they were married and before the Warriors became an NBA dynasty.
The sellers purchased the home from the couple for $1.5 million in 2014.
“This one is a slam dunk!” the official property listing states.
The floor-to-ceiling windows of the two-floor penthouse also offer views of downtown Oakland and Mount Tamalpais. The luxurious 2,084 square feet of living space contains three bedrooms, four bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen.
Outdoor space is abundant. There are three balconies and an oversized patio.
Three parking spots and an EV charger are part of a host of amenities available at The Ellington, including 24-hour concierge service, fitness center, club room, pool and spa.
