Former MMA fighter turned Mayor Pro Tem Tito Ortiz has listed his Tuscan-inspired home in Huntington Beach, California for $6 million.

Ortiz bought the waterfront estate in 2008 for $3.25 million, The Orange County Register reported. He shared it with his girlfriend at the time, former adult film actor Jenna Jameson, who sued Ortiz for the title of the home in 2015.

Ortiz shares the home with fiancé Amber Nichole Miller, who said that the reason for their move had to do with the California school system, Outkick.com reported.

The controversial Ortiz, who had been outspoken about mask requirements and COVID-19, was elected to the Huntington Beach City Council in 2020 and resigned in June, siting “character assassination,” ABC 7 reported.
