Former MMA fighter Tito Ortiz lists his California castle for $6 million. Have a look
Former MMA fighter turned Mayor Pro Tem Tito Ortiz has listed his Tuscan-inspired home in Huntington Beach, California for $6 million.
Here’s the kicker — it’s actually a castle.
And according to the listing on Realtor.com, it’s Davenport Island’s “one and only” castle.
Ortiz bought the waterfront estate in 2008 for $3.25 million, The Orange County Register reported. He shared it with his girlfriend at the time, former adult film actor Jenna Jameson, who sued Ortiz for the title of the home in 2015.
Jameson allowed viewers into the home via the Oprah Winfrey Show in 2009.
The four-bedroom, 3.5-bath house, which was built in 2006, comes with a load of high-end features including:
Private 50 foot dock
Vaulted stone entry
Primary bedroom with walkout patio
Views upon views
Wine cellar that can fit 3,000 bottles
Gourmet kitchen
The listing is held by Christine Aragon with Mainstreet Realtors.
Ortiz shares the home with fiancé Amber Nichole Miller, who said that the reason for their move had to do with the California school system, Outkick.com reported.
The controversial Ortiz, who had been outspoken about mask requirements and COVID-19, was elected to the Huntington Beach City Council in 2020 and resigned in June, siting “character assassination,” ABC 7 reported.
