A churro caterer is accused of sexually assaulting teens hoping to get a job at his California business, media reports say.

A 17-year-old girl reported being sexually assaulted by a Riverside man after meeting with him “at his business being run out of his apartment” in late August, according to a Thursday, Oct. 20, Facebook post from the Riverside Police Department.

The 24-year-old man owns Billions Mobile Inc., which also operates as Cali Catering or Churros-N-Cream Catering.

Churros-N-Cream did not return McClatchy News’ request for comment on Friday, Oct. 21.

The man caters events with churros as a main dish, Ryan Railsback with Riverside police told ABC7 News.

Following the first sexual assault report, “sexual assault detectives learned of a similar investigation that had occurred just a couple weeks prior in early August,” Railsback told CBS Los Angeles.

This assault was reported at the same location, Railsback told the outlet.

The man was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of sexual assault on Thursday, Oct. 13, but has been released on $55,000 bail, according to police.

McClatchy News reached out to Riverside police to ask what charges the man may face.

Police said they believe there may be additional victims, and anyone with information is asked to contact police at 951-353-7136.

Riverside is about 50 miles east of Los Angeles.
