A woman holding a child appears to shove an attendant on a Chicago-bound United Airlines flight, a passenger video posted to Twitter shows.

The incident took place Sunday, Nov. 13, aboard Flight 476 from San Francisco, the airline said in a statement to McClatchy News.

Authorities removed the “disruptive” passenger from the flight, the statement said. The attendant was taken to a hospital for evaluation.

Passengers told WMAQ the woman demanded to use the restroom as the plane prepared to land because her child had to vomit. Attendants told her to sit down.

“Where is it?” the woman screams in the video.

“Ma’am, we are landing,” an attendant says, before repeatedly telling her to “step back.”

The woman and child also were taken to a hospital to be checked after being taken off the flight, Fox News reported. The FBI told the network it is investigating the incident.

“We’re grateful to our crew for handling this difficult situation with professionalism and for putting the safety of our team and our customers first,” United Airlines said in the statement.
