A property with a ton of flare for the retro has landed on the real estate market in Palm Springs, California for $2.95 million. It’s called The Cheetah Hotel and it’s known as “your colorful retro oasis far from the wild concrete jungle,” the hotel’s website says.
With 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, the 5,432-square-foot hotel is rich in color and style and considered “mid century modern meets retro cheetah chic,” the listing on Zillow.com.
According to Realtor.com, the property was updated by local designer Tracy Turco, who bought it in 2021 and revamped it completely.
“She comes in and puts her own thing [on it],” listing agent Adam Gilbert told Realtor. “She changed the billboard and did some interior cosmetic work. It was in pretty good condition when she bought it.”
