‘Righteous Gemstones’ star lists Hollywood penthouse. Take a peek at the epic view

Comedy lovers can immediately say “that’s the guy from ‘The Righteous Gemstones’” or “hey, he was in ‘This is the End’” whenever seeing actor Danny McBride, but only die-hards can tell you his name and list his greatest comedic works.

Now the “Pineapple Express” star is putting his downright stunning one-bedroom, two-bathroom Hollywood penthouse on the California real estate market for $1.795 million.

“Introducing this ultra-stylish penthouse at The Broadway Hollywood, an iconic landmark building that oozes sophistication,” the listing on The Agency describes. “Experience breathtaking panoramic vistas through two stories of sleek glass, gazing upon the Hollywood sign, rolling hills, and the iconic Capitol Records building.”

The famous building, which was built in 1927 and remodeled in 2007, is smack-dab in the middle of all the city has to offer — including the Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Bowl, and a stone’s throw away from Griffith Observatory.

McBride’s penthouse offers a chill industrial vibe to its high ceilings and massive windows.

Other amenities include:

  • Upstairs loft area

  • High ceilings for artwork

  • Storage closet

  • Media room w/projector

  • Open kitchen

  • Two-story living area

  • Industrial staircase

  • Marble bath

  • Private outdoor terrace

  • Outdoor fireplace

The building offers some fine features, too.

“Enjoy sunsets from one of the cabanas at the fantastic, newly finished, rooftop pool area which also includes a hot tub with breathtaking hillside views and an adjacent fitness center,” the listing says.

“With world-class 24-hour staff, secure access, and the convenience of two parking spaces with 24-hour valet service, The Broadway Hollywood defines the epitome of upscale living in the heart of Hollywood.”

The listing is held by Deedee Howard.
