Golf course issues warning to couple using parking lot for affair in California
A California golf course has a blunt message for two people spotted apparently having an illicit affair in its parking lot: “Please stop.”
The Skylinks at Buchanan Fields Golf Course in Concord posted a public plea to the couple on Instagram on Thursday, April 17, describing their vehicles and weekly meet-ups in a corner of the lot where they appear to believe they are not visible.
“Please stop,” the post reads. “If it happens again — we’ll drop the footage and watch all hell break loose.”
Golf course officials seem to say they want no part of the illicit activities, labeling it a “public service announcement.”
“We’re a family golf course — not some Jerry Springer family destruction zone,” the message continues. “Dr. Phil would suggest to go home and have an honest chat with the person who really needs to hear it.”
“Yikes,” read one comment on the post, along with multiple others urging the course to release the footage.
“Ooohhh, this tea is hot!” read another comment.
Concord is about a 30-mile drive northeast from San Francisco.
