The timeline at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland is growing to encompass more “Star Wars” films.

When it opened in 2019, the land at the Anaheim, California, theme park was set firmly after “The Force Awakens” in the sequels to the original “Star Wars” trilogy.

This created a very atmospheric version of Black Spire Outpost on the remote planet of Baatu, but limited character appearances to Rey, Kylo Ren and other characters from the sequels.

The timeline at Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland will expand in April to include all the “Star Wars” films and television shows.

Starting April 29, the timeline in the land will extend to include all the “Star Wars” films and television shows, including appearances by Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Leia Organa and Han Solo, Disney Parks Blog announced.

Rey and other sequel characters, along with Chewbacca, R2-D2, the Mandalorian and Grogu, and Ahsoka Tanu, also will continue to appear, Disneyland said.

Music by John Williams from all three trilogies will be heard throughout Galaxy’s Edge.

Changes also are planned to several of the shops in the land to offer “artifacts from across the history of the galaxy,” Disneyland said.

The Rise of the Resistance and Smuggler’s Run rides will continue to operate, with a new Mandalorian-themed mission planned for Smuggler’s Run.

Darth Vader also can be seen at the Jedi Academy attraction in Tomorrowland at Disneyland.
