A Powerball ticket sold in Southern California fell just one number short of winning the $212 million jackpot, lottery officials said.
Instead, the lucky ticket won $559,925.
The ticket matched five winning numbers but not the Powerball in the drawing Saturday, June 6, the California State Lottery said.
