Fire chars Morgan’s Bar & Grill
An early-morning fire damaged a Sacramento restaurant Monday.
The blaze was reported about 2:45 a.m. at Morgan’s Bar & Grill, 3348 S St. When firefighters arrived, they saw flames at the back of the building, according to Sacramento Fire Department spokesman Chris Harvey.
Firefighters were able to put out the fire without it spreading to nearby structures. A fire investigator was trying to determine whether the fire began on the outside or the interior of the restaurant.
