California Gov. Gavin Newsom held his daily coronavirus press conference on Friday. Watch a recording of the livestream by clicking on the video above above.

On Thursday, Newsom laid out the guidelines that retail businesses will have to follow in order to reopen. He also detailed how counties will be able to extend into the second half of Phase 2, allowing businesses like restaurants to reopen their doors to dine-in customers.
