COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations are slowly dropping in Sacramento County, after hitting a peak in early January, according to the county’s COVID dashboard.
The interactive map below shows 30 days of case data, last updated Feb. 16.
According to the county dashboard, the region hit a peak on Jan. 10. The first case of omicron was detected in Sacramento County at the beginning of December, and cases began to rise significantly by the end of the year.
