George Karl gave Kings' fans headaches for two decades

New Kings coach George Karl is the sixth-winningest coach in NBA history. A large number of his wins came against the Kings.

During stints in Cleveland, Golden State, Seattle, Milwaukee and Denver, Karl coached 91 games against the Kings. He won 62 of them, for a win-loss percentage of roughly 68 percent, or 8 percentage points higher than his career average against all teams.

Karl's 1996 Seattle team knocked the Kings out of the playoffs.

In his last three years in Denver, Karl was 10-1 vs. the Kings, who hope their once-nemesis will pull them out of a funk.
