Stretch of blue sky days predicted for Sacramento

There’s little-to-no chance of rain in the immediate future for Sacramento.

The National Weather Service reports that there are no significant changes expected in the weather through Monday as a high pressure ridge builds over the west coast. The weather service is predicting clear skies, dry weather and daytime high temperatures in the 60s to 70s for the valley.

To go along with the sunny skies, the weather service expects light breezes on Tuesday in Sacramento, ranging from 6 to 11 mph in morning. A high of 67 degrees is forecast for Tuesday in Sacramento.

Tuesday: Patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 67. Light north northwest wind becoming northwest 6 to 11 mph in the morning.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with a low around 40. Northwest wind 3 to 5 mph.

Wednesday: Sunny, with a high near 68. Calm wind.

Wednesday night: Clear, with a low around 41. Calm wind.

Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 71. Light northwest wind.

Thursday night: Patchy fog after 4am. Otherwise, mostly clear, with a low around 44.

Friday: Patchy fog before 10am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 70.
