Residents can comment on the initial study for the Highway 65 widening project at 9 a.m. at the Placer County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 175 Fulweiler Ave., Auburn. The state Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the Placer County Transportation Planning Agency, has prepared the study. Law enforement cameras to be discussed
