Sacramento woman located after walking away from Arden area residential facility

A 62-year-old woman has been found in good health after walking away on Sunday from a private, live-in residential facility in the Arden area, sheriff’s officials said.

A Silver Alert was issued Monday morning for Dollie Delight Anderson, who had been last seen at the residence about 2 p.m. Sunday and did not return from her daily walk, Sacramento County Sheriff’s Department said in a news release Monday morning.

A later news release said she was located by Sacramento County Sheriff’s Deputies at a camp behind a vacant business close to where she was last seen in the Arden area. She was in good health and transported home by deputies.

Anderson suffers from a condition that makes her easily disoriented, according to the news release.
