Citrus Heights, CHP searching for at-risk 60-year-old man last seen Sunday

The California Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert late Wednesday night for a missing Citrus Heights man.

Robert Howard, 60, is considered to be at-risk due to “limited cognitive capacity,” Citrus Heights police said. He also may become disoriented, according to the CHP.

Howard was last seen Sunday leaving his home in the 8300 block of Willow Tree Lane near Cloverleaf Way, and authorities believe he was headed to Westwood Park. He was seen wearing an orange T-shirt and black pants, according to the post.

Howard is 6-feet, 200 pounds with white hair and blue eyes.
