Update: Missing 84-year-old Sacramento man located safe
An 84-year-old Sacramento man reported missing Sunday afternoon was located and is safe, police said Monday morning.
The man had last been seen on foot in Del Paso Heights, the Sacramento Police Department said in social media posts Sunday, before announcing around 9 a.m. Monday that he had been found.
The CHP issued a Silver Alert, designated for at-risk missing elderly persons. The alert has since been canceled.
