Community gathering to discuss gas pipeline project in Land Park
A community open house is planned for Tuesday to discuss installation of a stretch of natural gas pipeline in Land Park.
Land Park residents recently received letters about the upcoming natural gas pipeline replacement project, according to a press release from Pacific Gas & Electric. An open house to discuss the project is scheduled for 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday at Congregation B’nai Israel, 3600 Riverside Blvd.
The project is planned for Muir Way from McClatchy Way to Riverside Boulevard. Work is expected to start in mid-July and continue through October.
