Raising Cane’s continues California expansion with restaurant in Sacramento area. Here’s where

Roseville is the newest home of a popular fast-food restaurant with southern roots.

Raising Cane’s, a Louisiana-based chain restaurant specializing in chicken fingers, opened its newest location next to Roseville’s Westfield Galleria on Tuesday.

The opening is the latest in the Sacramento region. Raising Cane’s recently opened locations on Greenback Lane in Citrus Heights and E Street in Davis.

“We’re excited to open our third restaurant in the Sacramento area and we couldn’t have chosen a better area for Roseville’s first Cane’s,” said area leader of restaurants Lisa Toth in a statement. “Westfield Galleria is one of the largest shopping malls in Northern California, so we expect to stay busy.”

The restaurant’s menu features marinated and breaded chicken fingers, crinkle-cut fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, brewed sweet tea and lemonade, the company said in a news release.

The new location in Roseville will be open for lunch and dinner, as well as late-night meals Thursday through Sunday.

The restaurant’s opening Tuesday marks the 59th location for Raising Cane’s in California.
